ALIVE — Halloween Dance & Music Gathering
Saturday, 31 October 2026 at 15:30 · Quinta Palmeira, Funchal · €25
The recurring ALIVE series presents a Halloween-themed gathering in an immersive open-air garden setting. This event features music, movement workshops, live performances, social activities, a local market, and food. It takes on a folk-horror theme with special decor, unique characters, and further performances. It is an alcohol-free event where children are welcome.
Mahdi Hlewi, who organises the ALIVE events, curates the musical journey. He blends melodic, tribal, and oriental techno, layering guitar, drums, and vocals into his sets. This fusion of electronic music and live instruments carries the event from daylight into the night.
The gathering runs for eight hours from 3pm at Palmeira Gardens, described as a magical Quinta garden. Entry is €22.
