The DIA VISIONÁRIO series presents "Tour The Surrealist", a multidisciplinary performance by the Lisbon Poetry Orchestra. This show, based on their 2022 album "Os Surrealistas", celebrates and interprets poetry by exploring the work of Portuguese surrealist artists and poets.
The Lisbon Poetry Orchestra, a collective of musicians and poets who work across disciplines and formed in 2015, is known for creating shows that combine music and poetry. The broader project related to "Os Surrealistas" also included a book/CD featuring paintings by João Alves and photographs by Vitorino Coragem.
This live concert is hosted at CINETEATRO CURVO SEMEDO, a cultural facility in Montemor-o-Novo. It runs for one hour from 9.30pm, and entry is free.
