Wednesday, 4 November 2026 at 20:30 · Bar Badassery, Lisbon · Starting at €5
Badass Jam is a recurring curated series that highlights instrumental music, focusing on groove, improvisation, and wild energy. This edition features Pimenta Caseira, an instrumental future-funk band from Lisbon known for their high-octane live shows.
Co-led by Gui "Yanagui" Salgueiro on keys and bass keys, and Fred aka B.E.R.A on guitar and talk box, Pimenta Caseira blend funk, jazz, and electronic music. Their improvisational sets incorporate synth bass, vocoder, and talkbox. They also host a residency jam at Bar Badassery.
The venue is an intimate space, a hidden speakeasy behind a traditional knitting shop, with a black-box basement used for live performances and jams.
The event starts at 8.30pm, with food and drinks available, and the jam begins at 9pm. It runs for two and a half hours. Tickets are €5–20.
