João Melgueira is a DJ prominent in Portuguese clubbing culture, who leads the Alienação label and is a co-organizer of the Química parties. His sets are eclectic, crossing genres from techno and tech house to latino vibes.
Located on Cais do Sodré's "Pink Street", the venue was formerly a 19th-century brothel. Pensão Amor maintains a sensual, mysterious ambiance with vintage decor, rich colours, and luxurious fabrics, its diverse rooms transforming from a relaxed lounge into a lively dance floor.
The night runs for five and a half hours from 9.30pm. Entry is free and available only at the door.
